Easy Peasy! Log into your account through the online website, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order in profile/orders section. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information there and you will be able to review the product too.
I don't have a Cutyptuty account yet
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! We're working on getting this to you ASAP.
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
1: Your order number
2: The name of the item you did not receive
3: The name of the item you received in it's place
4: A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
1: Changing the item or size
2: Delivery/billing address
3: Adding items to your order
4: Shipping method
IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
Currently we are shipping in India only. But if you want your parcel to be deliverd in other country please contact [email protected] we will help you out asap.
We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, product colours can vary slightly in different lighting!
Restock times vary!
While there are many reasons, restock times are largely dependent on the availability of the specific fabric. We source our material locally from many different locations, and sometimes we buy their remaining stock of a particular fabric. Sometimes these fabrics come back in stock and, unfortunately, sometimes they don’t!
You can sign up for email notifications underneath each sold out product to be the first to know when it would be restocked!
